You must create an account to create and manage secure notes. No account is needed to view them (unless password-protected).

You agree not to use Securanote.com to:

  • Share or distribute illegal, abusive, or harmful content
  • Violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Security

  • You are responsible for the secrecy of passwords used to encrypt and view notes.
  • While we provide strong encryption and secure infrastructure, you are solely responsible for sharing sensitive data securely.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords associated with your account or any shared secret. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and the consequences of sharing it. Do not share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • Update these terms (we will notify users via email or platform)

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • Encrypted content will always be retrievable

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Unauthorized access (despite security measures)
  • Platform unavailability

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
